Alzheimer's Association Dementia Training for AAA Case Managers


As part of the initiative to make Georgia's aging network more dementia-capable, The Alzheimer's Association, Georgia Chapter offers this series of dementia training webinars for Area Agency on Aging staff. RCI is partnering with the Association to bring you this series of six webinars, made possible by funding from the Georgia Division of Aging Services.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Cognitive Impairment, Dementia, and Alzheimer's Disease

This module will help you differentiate normal aging and dementia; deepen your knowledge of the difference between Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and explain some of the other forms and causes of dementia.
