In 2016, the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving developed the Dealing with Dementia guide which provides tips and strategies for caregivers on best practices for caring for their loved ones and themselves. This FREE guide is distributed at one of the many family caregivers workshops offered at various locations around the state of Georgia.
Caregivers who attend the four-hour family caregiver workshop will receive a copy of the new Dealing with Dementia Guide. The guide provides over 300 pages of information and solutions to problems caregivers face every day. We hope to have the DDB guide available to the public for purchase in 2017.
At this time, the guide is only available for purchase by RCI REACH sites.
