Ms. Inez Moultrie of Albany has been a direct support professional for 20 years and has provided care to numerous children and adults with developmental disabilities. She has worked in several roles from family caregiver to houseparent to respite provider.
Ms. Moultrie currently works at East Seals’ Megan’s House, where she not only provides care to multiple children with varying developmental disabilities, but also serves as a mentor to other, less experienced co-workers. She helps train new hires, works closely with nurses to provide quality care, and communicates effectively with families to ensure service satisfaction. Inez is not only a wealth of knowledge, but she exemplifies the qualities of leadership, dedication, loyalty, and compassion.
Ms. Moultrie was nominated by staff of Easter Seals of Southern Georgia. She received a gilded rose from Mrs. Rosalynn Carter and a check for $1,000.
