Research & Development Sites
Background
Effective implementation of evidence-based caregiver programs requires intense collaboration between agencies who want to offer evidence-based programs and the researchers who develop the interventions. The National Quality Caregiving Network (NQCN) views each as equal partners whose work informs and supports the other.
In addition to providing training and technical assistance to Community Practice sites, the NQCN's Research & Development sites will showcase their current research and translational experiences through a professional development webinar series beginning in early 2010. These webinars will address challenges, best practices, and lessons learned based on the ongoing activities of the R&D sites. NQCN will also provide links to current research, publications, conference announcements, etc. for these sites.
