This Caregiver Support Center section offers information and resources for family and professional caregivers. Over 30 links are available here. Browse this section to find out about our local Americus, Georgia initiatives and the popular Telephone Learning Series (TLS). Those who may have missed a TLS session can download the audio files and handouts from previous sessions here.

AGENCY AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES

This is our newest banner. This section is the home to Tools & Resources and the Online Intervention Resource Center.

Under Tools and Resources, you’ll find a web-based “toolkit” of resources to assist those who are considering implementing an evidence-based caregiving program. This section is under development.

The Online Intervention Resource Center is a comprehensive table of evidence-based programs. The Resource Center provides detailed information on interventions that have been tested in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) and have been found to positively impact caregiver outcomes. Interested agencies and individuals can review the interventions contained in the center to make informed decisions about which they might like to implement in their own community.

GEORGIA QUALITY CARE NETWORK

This section takes you to RCI initiatives in the state of Georgia, and includes a map of the regional CARE-NETs and their contact information.

NEW to our web site - each of the five diverse 2007-08 grantees have their own web pages, accessible through this section. These five grantee pages will be updated regularly. Follow the progress of their projects as they implement evidence-based programs across the United States
