Program Assistant

Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting RCI’s Dealing with Dementia and REACH programs, as well as assisting with additional program support across all RCI programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and supports the Dealing with Dementia Training Program. (45%)
    • Coordinates Dealing with Dementia training venues set-up and training schedule.
    • Ensures the timely delivery of all training materials to multiple sites across the nation.
    • Maintains updated DWD Calendar on RCI website.
    • Provides general administrative support for all trainings.
    • Maintains and updates master schedule of all DWD workshops and DWD Trainer classes.
    • Enters data from all DWD assessments into spread sheets and grades the data as entered.
    • Maintains ongoing communication with trainers to ensure adherence to program standard operating procedures.
    • Maintains database of active DWD trainers, sites, courses, books, and agreements.
  • Provides supports for RCI REACH Program. (45%)
    • Coordinates ongoing communication with RCI REACH delivery sites and coaches.
    • Coordinates and assists in planning program evaluation meetings with RCI REACH delivery sites.
    • Provides general administrative support for all trainings.
    • Ensures timely delivery of all program materials to multiple sites across the nation.
    • Maintains database of active agreements and tracks deliverables from RCI REACH delivery sites.
    • Assists with collection and reporting of data as needed.
  • Provides additional support and assistance to other RCI programs as needed. (10%)

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree required.
  • More than two years of related experience required.
